We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Technology team.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project stakeholders by effectively communicating project status, risks, and changes.
- Facilitate the resolution of project issues and conflicts.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing deviations or roadblocks.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Experience in managing project budgets and allocating resources.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 will be a plus.
